Yes. All data is encrypted during sync using industry-standard encryption. Login credentials are stored in your device's secure keychain. Customer data and job details are fully protected during every sync.
How long does it take to set up for my team?
About 5 minutes. Create your account on the web, invite your technicians by email, and they download the app and log in. No complex IT setup or special hardware required.
Can dispatchers see where technicians are?
Yes, on every plan. Dispatchers and managers see where each technician is on a live map while the technician is on duty or on an active job. Only the latest position is kept, and it is removed automatically after 24 hours.
