• Application session cookie — This cookie keeps you logged in as you navigate the application. It contains only a randomly generated identifier; all session data is stored securely on our servers, never in the cookie itself. The session expires after a period of inactivity or when you explicitly log out.
• Portal session cookie — This cookie authenticates Customer Portal users. It enables customers to view invoices, track jobs, and manage their account within a secure, time-limited session.

Under privacy regulations including GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent requirements because the Service cannot function without them.

Functional cookies enhance your experience by remembering preferences you’ve set.

• theme — Stores your preference for dark mode or light mode. If you disable this cookie, the application will default to your system’s color scheme preference on each visit.

This cookie does not track your behavior, does not contain personal data, and is not shared with third parties.

FSM Navigator uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on public-facing pages (marketing, legal, registration, and support pages) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views, traffic sources, and general geographic regions. Google Analytics is NOT used on any authenticated pages (dashboards, customer portal, or internal application pages).

Google Analytics cookies:

Google Analytics data is used solely to improve our website and marketing content. We do not use it for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking. FSM Navigator uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on registration, login, and contact forms. Turnstile may set transient cookies from the challenges.cloudflare.com domain during the verification process.

Important: Cloudflare Turnstile is privacy-focused by design:

• It does NOT set tracking or advertising cookies
• It does NOT collect personal data for profiling
• Transient cookies are cleared after the challenge is complete
