Is FSM Navigator really free?
Yes! The Free plan supports up to 5 users with no credit card and no time limit. Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial — a payment method is collected when the trial starts, but you're not charged until the trial ends.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of the period; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens if I outgrow the Free plan?
You keep access to your data. Simply choose a plan to continue using premium features. There's no pressure, no data loss, and no surprise charges.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no hidden fees. You pay the per-user price shown above, plus any sales tax that applies where you're located.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and US bank accounts by ACH direct debit. New plans and free trials start on a card — once you're set up, you can switch your subscription to a bank account any time from the Payment Method section of your subscription page.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, save 20% with annual billing on both Pro and Enterprise plans. The discount is applied automatically when you select annual billing.
Do you charge for AI?
No. FSM Navigator doesn't run an AI or charge AI usage fees. On Enterprise, including the 14-day trial, you can connect the AI assistant you already pay for, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok, through the FSM Navigator AI Connector.
Can I add or remove users at any time?
Yes, adjust your team size anytime. You're billed for the number of user seats on your plan. Add seats when you need them (the extra cost is prorated), and reduce seats when you don't — reductions take effect at your next billing date.
Can my customers pay invoices online?
Yes! With the Pro plan, your customers get access to a self-service portal where they can view invoices and pay securely using Stripe checkout. Payments support all major credit and debit cards as well as US bank transfers, and are automatically reconciled in your account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply, plus a small 1.5% FSM Navigator platform fee — no hidden charges, no monthly minimums.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Every account uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Each company's data is fully isolated — no other organization can ever access your information. We also enforce multi-factor authentication and maintain detailed audit logs so you always know who did what.
What security features are included?
All plans include industry-standard encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, virus scanning on file uploads, and audit logging, plus data-export and right-to-deletion workflows aligned with widely recognized data-privacy frameworks.
Is there an extra charge for the online booking page?
No. The online booking page is built into Pro and Enterprise at the per-user price. There's no separate booking subscription and nothing to connect. It isn't included on the Free plan.
Does my booking page go live during the trial?
You can build your booking page and preview it in the app during your 14-day trial. It goes public when the trial ends and your paid plan starts.
