One discount at a time

Only one discount applies to a checkout. If a site-wide sale is running and you also enter a code, the one that saves you more is applied, and the checkout shows which one.

A promotion cannot be combined with a referral discount.

No cash value

A promotion has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, sold or moved to another account, and nothing is paid out for it if you cancel.

Free days from a signup code

A signup code that gives free days replaces the standard free trial and uses it up, so you cannot start another free trial later. No card is needed to start.

How long a discount lasts

Each code shows how long its discount lasts, for example your first invoice, a number of months, or for as long as you stay on a plan the code covers.

Limits and expiry

A code can be limited to certain plans, billing cycles or new customers, and can have an end date or a limited number of uses. A code that has expired or reached its limit cannot be used.

FSM Navigator may end a promotion early, or refuse or remove a discount obtained by mistake or through abuse.

Service levels

A promotion does not change the Service Level Agreement. Service credits are based on what you actually paid for the month after the discount. Our work to restore the Service after an outage or disaster covers your account the same as any other.

Changes

FSM Navigator may change these terms. The version that applies to a discount is the one in place when you used the code.
