Referral Program Terms
These terms cover the FSM Navigator referral program: a business that already uses FSM Navigator invites another business and earns a reward once that business has become a paying customer.
Who can take part
Any business with an active FSM Navigator account can share its referral link from the Refer a business card on its subscription page. The account Owner accepts these terms for the business before the link is shown.
The business you invite must sign up as a new FSM Navigator company. A business is credited to one referring business only.
How a referral is counted
A referral counts when the new business signs up through your link, or on the same browser within 30 days of clicking it.
When a reward is earned
A reward is earned after the business you referred has paid for 3 full months of FSM Navigator. Refunded months, unpaid invoices and payments under an open dispute do not count.
The reward and its amount are shown on your Refer a business card. FSM Navigator sets them and can change them; a change does not affect a reward you have already earned.
There is a yearly limit on how many rewards one business can earn. The current limit is shown in your account.
How a reward is paid
A credit reward is added to your FSM Navigator account and taken off your next FSM Navigator invoice, or added to your Stripe balance when your subscription is billed through Stripe. A reward has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account.
Referrals that do not count
Referring your own business or a business you own or control does not earn a reward. Referrals that share accounts, payment methods or devices may be disqualified.
FSM Navigator may refuse or remove a reward earned through spam, misleading advertising, fake accounts or any other abuse of the program.
Refunds and disputes
If a payment that counted toward a reward is refunded or disputed before the reward is granted, the reward goes back to waiting.
When FSM Navigator has switched on reward reversal, a reward already granted can be taken back if the payments that earned it are later refunded or lost to a dispute. Any part of the credit you already used is taken off your future referral rewards; you are never sent a bill for it.
Changes and ending the program
FSM Navigator may change these terms, or pause or end the referral program, at any time. A new version of these terms is shown to you to accept before you can keep using your link. Rewards already earned under an earlier version are honoured.
