Integrations by plan

What FSM Navigator connects to

Every connection in the field service management app, what it does and the plan it's on, so you know before you pick a plan.

The Problem

Stop typing the same invoice twice

It's Friday afternoon. The week's invoices are in one system, the card payments are in another, and someone in the office is retyping both into the accounting software. Meanwhile a customer calls to ask when the tech is coming, because nobody told them.

Most of that is two systems that don't talk. FSM Navigator runs work from first call to renewals, and these field service software integrations connect it to the tools on either side: your accounting, your payment processor, your texting account, your team chat and the AI assistant you already pay for.

Below is every connection, what it does and the plan it needs. Pro means Pro and Enterprise. Pricing is per user, and every user in the account is on the same plan.

Every Connection

Field service software integrations, by plan

The Free plan includes email and mobile push notifications. The connections below are on the paid plans.

QuickBooks Online accounting Pro and Enterprise

Sends customers, invoices and payments from FSM Navigator to your QuickBooks Online company. Turn on automatic sync, or sync on demand.
See the QuickBooks Online integration

Stripe online payments Pro and Enterprise

Customers pay invoices from the customer portal by card or bank transfer (ACH), and the money settles to your own Stripe account. A platform fee applies on top of Stripe's processing fees; see pricing.

Twilio text notifications Enterprise

One-way appointment and on-the-way texts, sent from your own Twilio account to customers who agree to receive them, in addition to email.
See text notifications

Telegram notifications Pro and Enterprise

FSM Navigator notifications sent to one Telegram chat or group for your company, set up by the Owner.

Email from your own domain or Microsoft 365 Enterprise

Send FSM Navigator emails from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox or your own email domain.

REST API and webhooks Enterprise

Build your own connections with the REST API. Outbound webhooks send a signed notification to a web address you choose when a job is created, updated, changes status, is completed, deleted or restored, when an invoice is paid, or when a customer or service request is created.
See webhooks and the API

AI Connector Enterprise

Connect the AI assistant app you already use. The Owner chooses what it can read, money data stays off until the Owner turns it on, and the AI drafts while a person sends.
See the AI Connector

AI receptionist Enterprise

Connect a voice-agent service through the AI Connector. It answers the call, checks your open appointment windows and creates a service request that waits as Pending until your office confirms it.

Not Listed

If a tool isn't on this list

Then FSM Navigator doesn't have a built-in connection to it. On Enterprise, the REST API and outbound webhooks let your developer, or an automation tool that accepts webhooks such as Zapier, pass job, invoice and customer events to the software you already run. There's no FSM Navigator app in Zapier's directory, so you connect it with a webhook address.

That takes some set-up. If nobody on your team wants to touch an API, stick with the built-in connections above and check the plan on each card.

Two things aren't built in: calendar sync with Google or Outlook (the booking confirmation offers an .ics file download instead) and a connector to a sales CRM.

Set-up

Set-up lives in the docs

The feature pages explain what each connection does. The integration docs walk through set-up step by step.

FAQs

Questions Owners Ask About Integrations

What does FSM Navigator integrate with?

FSM Navigator connects to QuickBooks Online for accounting, Stripe for online card and bank payments, your own Twilio account for one-way customer texts, and Telegram for notifications. Enterprise adds email sending from your own domain or Microsoft 365, a REST API, outbound webhooks, the AI Connector and an AI receptionist. Each integration lists its plan on this page.

Which plan do I need for integrations?

QuickBooks Online, Stripe payments and Telegram notifications are on Pro and Enterprise. Twilio text notifications, email from your own domain or Microsoft 365, the REST API, outbound webhooks, the AI Connector and the AI receptionist are on Enterprise. The Free plan includes email and mobile push notifications but none of the integrations on this page. Pricing is per user, and every user in an account is on the same plan.

Do I need my own Stripe and Twilio accounts?

Yes. Online payments settle to your business's own Stripe account, and a platform fee applies on top of Stripe's processing fees; the pricing page has the details. Customer texts go out from your business's own Twilio account, and a customer gets them after agreeing to receive them.

Are the customer texts two-way?

No. Text notifications are one-way: appointment and on-the-way texts that tell the customer what's happening, sent from your Twilio account in addition to email. Replies aren't read in FSM Navigator. A customer who replies gets an automatic note that the number doesn't take replies, and every on-the-way text includes your contact number. Text notifications are on the Enterprise plan.

Does it work with Zapier?

Yes, through webhooks, on Enterprise. There's no FSM Navigator app in Zapier's directory, so you start a Zap with a webhook trigger and paste its address into FSM Navigator as a webhook endpoint. Check that your Zapier plan includes webhooks.

Can the AI Connector send messages or charge customers by itself?

No. The AI Connector lets the AI assistant app you already use read the FSM Navigator data the Owner allows. Money data stays off until the Owner turns it on. The AI drafts and a person on your team sends, so nothing the AI drafts goes out without someone reading it first.

What if the tool I use isn't listed?

Then FSM Navigator doesn't have a built-in connection to it. On Enterprise, the REST API and outbound webhooks let you build your own. There's no built-in sync with Google, Outlook or other calendars and no built-in connector to a sales CRM.

Where do I set up an integration?

Each connection has set-up steps in the FSM Navigator documentation, linked from the card for it on this page. The feature pages explain what each connection does and which plan it needs. If you're still choosing a plan, the pricing page shows which integrations come with Pro and which with Enterprise.
