How integrations work

QuickBooks Online

A direct OAuth connection between your FSM Navigator account and your QuickBooks Online account. Once connected, data flows automatically based on your sync preferences.

Enterprise REST API

A standard REST API with API key authentication. Create jobs, query customers, manage assets and inventory, and more from any programming language or integration platform (Zapier, Make, custom scripts).

Google Maps routing

Google Maps integration is built in and requires no configuration. FSM Navigator uses traffic-aware data to calculate optimal travel times for job scheduling and auto-assignment.

Getting started

  1. Check your plan — QuickBooks sync requires a Pro subscription or higher. The Enterprise REST API requires an Enterprise subscription. Compare plans.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations — find and configure available integrations.
  3. Follow the setup guide — each integration page walks you through the connection process step by step.

Data privacy and security

All integrations follow FSM Navigator's security standards:

  • OAuth 2.0 — QuickBooks uses industry-standard OAuth. FSM Navigator never stores your QuickBooks password.
  • Encrypted tokens — Access tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
  • Scoped API keys — Enterprise API keys are limited to only the data scopes you grant.
  • Audit logging — Every API request and sync operation is logged in your company audit trail.
  • Instant revocation — Disconnect QuickBooks or revoke API keys at any time from Settings.

Can I use integrations on the Free or Pro plan?

Google Maps routing is included on Pro and above. QuickBooks Online is also available on Pro and above. The Enterprise REST API requires an Enterprise plan.

Will you add more integrations?

Yes. We are actively expanding our integration catalog. If you need a specific integration, contact us.

Can I build my own integration?

Absolutely. The Enterprise REST API gives you full programmatic access. You can integrate with any system that can make HTTP requests — including Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and custom applications.

Is my data safe when using integrations?

Yes. All tokens are encrypted at rest, OAuth connections can be revoked instantly, and API keys support IP allowlists for additional security. See Security for details.
