How FSM Navigator works

FSM Navigator is one app for the whole customer lifecycle. A customer calls or books online, you send a price, the work gets scheduled and done, the invoice goes out, and a service agreement brings them back next season. This section walks through each stage in that order.

Each stage page is short. It shows where the stage fits, the statuses you'll see, the steps, and who on your team can do them. When you need the full detail, every page links to the in-depth guide.

The lifecycle at a glance

In plain terms: every piece of work starts with a customer and a service location, turns into a job (or a work order made of several jobs), gets scheduled and done in the field, and ends with an invoice and a payment. Service agreements loop the customer back for their next visit, and everything you do feeds your reports.

The stages

Want the whole picture in one place? How things connect maps how each record links to the next and walks through common "what happens when…" situations.

Plans

Some stages need a paid plan. Jobs, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing are on every plan. Quotes, online booking, service agreements and the customer portal need Pro. Work orders, inventory and assets need Enterprise. Each stage page says which plan it needs. See Plans and pricing for the full comparison.
