Booking Page¶
Pro and Enterprise feature
The booking page is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Compare plans to find the right fit for your business.
Your booking page is a public web page for your business. Customers open it, pick a service and a preferred arrival window, and send you a service request. You review each request before anything is scheduled.
Open it from the side menu: Operations → Booking Page. Owners and managers can view and edit it.
Set up your page¶
The page has seven tabs. Work through the first six in order the first time; the seventh, Custom Domain, is optional.
1. Profile¶
Tell customers who you are:
- Business name shown on the page. Leave it empty to use your company name.
- Tagline, industry, main service category and primary city.
- About your business. Write at least 150 characters so search engines can list your page.
- Contact details. A public phone number and email, and your address if you want it shown.
- Service area. The cities and ZIP codes you serve. When you list ZIP codes, a customer's ZIP decides whether they can book.
- Trust and payment. Year founded, price range, whether you are insured, licenses and the payment methods you accept.
- Social links, including your Google Business Profile link.
- Frequently asked questions.
Your logo comes from Company Settings. Select Save profile when you are done.
Text we cannot publish
If a field contains language that is not allowed on public pages, the save is refused and the field is marked. Reword it and save again.
2. Services¶
This tab lists the services in your Pricebook. For each one, choose how it appears on your booking page:
| Choice | What customers see |
|---|---|
| Bookable online | The service can be picked and requested |
| Call to book | The service is listed with a prompt to call you |
| Not offered online | The service does not appear |
Names, prices and durations are edited in the Pricebook.
3. Booking Settings¶
- Publish my booking page turns the public page on or off.
- Show in search engines lets Google and other search engines list your page.
- Accept service requests online turns the request form on or off.
- Page theme sets the look visitors see first. Auto matches the visitor's phone or computer setting, while Light and Dark always start the page that way. Visitors can still switch between light and dark with the button at the top of the page, and their device remembers the choice.
- Minimum notice is how many hours ahead a customer must book.
- Requests per arrival window and Requests per day limit how many requests you receive. Use 0 for no limit.
- Arrival windows are the time slots customers choose from, such as 8:00 to 10:00.
- Closed dates block holidays and other days off.
- Cancellation policy is shown to customers before they send a request.
Your open days, opening hours and after-hours emergency service come from your operating hours in Company Settings.
4. Preview¶
The Preview tab shows your page exactly as customers will see it, including your services and available arrival windows. Only you can see the preview, and search engines never see it. Select Refresh preview after you make changes.
5. Share & SEO¶
Once your page is live, this tab shows its public link and a Copy link button. The search engine checklist shows what is still needed before search engines can list your page.
On the Enterprise plan, this tab also has Booking widget for your website, which puts your booking form on your own website. See Booking Widget for the setup.
6. Status¶
Status shows whether your page is Published, Not published, Taken down or still in your trial, and what to do next.
7. Custom Domain¶
On the Enterprise plan, you can show your page at your own web address, such as book.acmehvac.com. See Custom Domain for the DNS records to add and what each status means.
Add your page to Google Business Profile¶
Customers who find you on Google Search and Maps can request service straight from your profile.
- Copy your public link from the Share & SEO tab.
- Sign in to your Google Business Profile.
- Choose Edit profile, then Contact.
- Under Appointment links, paste your booking page link and save.
Google may take a few days to show the Book button.
During your free trial¶
You can set up and preview your booking page while you are on a trial. The public page activates after your trial ends and your paid plan starts. Until then, the Status tab and the Preview tab show: "Your booking page will activate after your trial ends."
Reviewing requests¶
Requests from your booking page, your booking widget and your custom domain all arrive in the Service Requests tab of the Jobs page. Nothing is scheduled until your team reviews it: link each request to a customer, then approve or decline it.
On Enterprise, you can also take phone requests with an AI receptionist. A voice agent answers the call and files it as a Pending request in the same list.
