SLA monitoring

Work orders with SLA due dates are automatically monitored for approaching and breached deadlines.

How monitoring works

A background process runs automatically and checks all active work orders:

Check Action
SLA warning Work order is within the warning window (approaching deadline) → notification sent to assigned manager
SLA breach Work order has passed its SLA due date → escalation notification sent
Counter reconciliation Sub-job completion counts are verified and corrected if needed

Notification channels

SLA alerts are delivered through multiple channels simultaneously:

Channel Notification Types
Push notification SLA warning, SLA breach
Email SLA breach (escalation)
Telegram SLA warning, SLA breach

Configure your channels

Notification preferences can be configured in Settings → Notifications. Team members can opt into or out of specific channels.

Dashboard visibility

The Work Orders dashboard provides at-a-glance SLA status:

  • Work orders approaching their deadline are highlighted
  • Breached work orders are flagged with an urgent indicator
  • The dashboard stats widget shows SLA compliance rates
