Profile & account management¶
Manage your personal profile, security settings, and work preferences from a single page. All users can access their own profile regardless of role or plan.
Profile header¶
The top of your profile displays:
- Avatar with your initials
- Display name and email address
- Role at your company
- Work stats: Active Jobs, Completed Jobs, and Company name
My Jobs tab¶
The default tab on your profile. Shows all jobs currently assigned to you.
- Search by job ID, job name, location, customer name, or description.
- Filter by status (Open, In Progress, Completed) and priority (High, Medium, Low).
- Results are paginated — 10 jobs per page with Previous / Next navigation.
- Each job card shows an SLA timer badge (green = on time, red = overdue) when applicable.
- A "Next" badge highlights the highest-priority upcoming job in your queue.
- Click any job to open the job slideout with full details.
Activity tab¶
A chronological log of your recent activity, including job updates, status changes, notes added, and other actions you've performed.
Details tab¶
View your account details and manage your home address.
Read-only fields¶

Home address¶
Set your home address using the address autocomplete search field.
Used for auto-assignment
Your home address is used for intelligent dispatch during job auto-assignment. Keeping it accurate ensures jobs near your starting location are prioritized. See Auto-Assignment for details.
Security tab¶
Own profile only
The Security tab is only visible when viewing your own profile.
Manage your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings:
- Enable or disable MFA for your account.
- Configure your preferred MFA method.
- View trusted devices.

Email Preferences tab¶
Own profile only
The Email Preferences tab is only visible when viewing your own profile.
Configure which email notifications you receive. Toggle individual notification types on or off to control your inbox.
Skills & Availability tab¶
Technicians only
This tab is visible only for users with the Technician role.
Availability status¶
Set your current availability from the following options:

| Available | Ready to receive new job assignments |
| Wrap-up | Finishing current work, temporarily unavailable |
| Lunch | On break |
| Off-Duty | Not working, will not receive assignments |
| Vacation | Extended time off |
Vehicle type¶
Set the vehicle type you use for field work. This is used in intelligent dispatch calculations.
Skills¶
View and manage your skill list. Each skill has a proficiency level:

| Beginner | Basic knowledge, may need guidance |
| Competent | Can handle standard jobs independently |
| Expert | Advanced proficiency, can handle complex jobs |
- Click Add Skill to add a new skill from available skill categories.
- Remove skills you no longer want listed.

Work Schedule tab¶
Technicians only
This tab is visible only for users with the Technician role.
View and edit your weekly work schedule. Set your working hours for each day of the week. The schedule is used by the auto-assignment engine to avoid assigning jobs outside your working hours.
FAQ¶
Can I change my email address?
Your sign-in email cannot be changed once your account is created. If you need to use a different email, contact support to migrate your account, or have your Owner deactivate this user and re-invite you with the new email.
Who can see my profile?
Your profile is visible to Owners, Admins, and Dispatchers within your company. Technicians can view their own profile. Specific visibility depends on your company's role permissions.
How do I update my skills?
Navigate to your profile and select the Skills & Availability tab. Click Add Skill to add from available categories, or remove skills you no longer need. Only users with the Technician role have access to this tab.
