Company Settings¶
Company Settings is where you configure how FSM Navigator works for your business — from your company name and logo to how jobs get assigned, how invoices look, and which notifications your team receives.
These settings apply to your entire organization. Change them once here and every user on your team sees the result. If you're looking for your own personal settings instead — your profile photo, your skills, your availability — see Profile & account management.
Navigate to Settings from the sidebar to reach any of the topics below. Each one maps to a tab in the Company Settings dashboard.
What's in here¶

Company Information
Your business name, address, phone, email, timezone, business hours, and logo. This is what shows up on invoices and customer-facing emails.

General Preferences
Date and time formats, default job settings, pagination, and other company-wide defaults.

Branding
Upload your logo and pick the colors that show up on invoices and customer emails — so everything you send looks like you.

Invoice Settings
Default invoice numbering, payment terms, and tax configuration. Set it once and every new invoice picks up your defaults.

Notification Preferences
Decide which email and push notifications go out to your team — for new jobs, status changes, SLA warnings, and more.

Turn on multi-factor authentication and require it for everyone on your team.

Intelligent Auto-Assignment
Tune how the dispatch engine picks the right technician for each job. Set priorities, exclusions, and team preferences.

Who can change Company Settings¶
Company Settings is restricted to Owners. If you're a Dispatcher or Technician and something here needs to change, ask an Owner on your team to make the update for you. See Roles and permissions for the full breakdown of who can do what.
Where to find Company Settings in the app¶
In the FSM Navigator dashboard, open the menu in the sidebar and select Settings. The Company Settings dashboard groups every topic above into tabs — pick the tab that matches what you want to change, make your edits, and click Save.
First time setting things up?
If you just signed up, start with Company Information to set your timezone and business hours, then Security & MFA to lock down access. After that, the rest can wait until you need it.
