Weekly reports¶
FSM Navigator delivers a weekly intelligence report straight to your inbox every Monday morning. Get a concise summary of your business performance — job volume, technician output, revenue trends, and SLA compliance — without logging in.

Weekly intelligence reports are available on Pro plans and above. Compare plans to upgrade.
Before you start¶
- You are signed in as an Owner
- Your account is on a Pro or Enterprise plan
- You have a valid email address on your user profile
What the weekly report includes¶
Each report covers the previous seven days (Monday through Sunday) and is organized into clear sections.
Job summary¶

Technician performance¶

Revenue snapshot¶

SLA compliance¶

Enable weekly reports¶
Weekly reports are enabled by default on Pro and Enterprise accounts. To verify or change your preference:
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Go to Notification Preferences.
- Find the Weekly Intelligence Report option.
- Toggle it on or off.
- Click Save.
The report is sent to the email address associated with your Owner account.
When reports are delivered¶
Reports are delivered every Monday morning and cover the previous Monday through Sunday. If your account was created mid-week, the first report covers a partial week.
Check your spam folder
If you do not see the weekly report in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Add the FSM Navigator sender address to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
Read your report¶
The weekly report email is formatted for quick scanning:
- Header — Report period, company name, and date generated.
- Key highlights — The three to five most important numbers for the week, shown prominently at the top.
- Detailed sections — Job summary, technician performance, revenue snapshot, and SLA compliance, each with tables and trend indicators.
- Week-over-week arrows — Up and down arrows show whether each metric improved or declined compared to the previous week.
Positive trends appear in green. Negative trends appear in red. Neutral changes appear in gray.
Tips for using weekly reports¶
- Forward to your leadership team — Share the email with business partners or managers who do not have FSM Navigator access.
- Archive reports — Save weekly emails in a dedicated folder for month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter comparisons.
- Act on SLA breaches — If SLA compliance dips, investigate which jobs missed their deadline and adjust scheduling or staffing.
- Celebrate top performers — Use the technician performance section to recognize standout team members.
- Pair with the KPI dashboard — Use the KPI dashboard for deeper, real-time analysis when the weekly report highlights a trend worth investigating.
Frequently asked questions¶
Can I change the delivery day?
Weekly reports are delivered every Monday. The delivery day is not configurable at this time.
Can multiple Owners receive the report?
Yes. Every Owner on the account with weekly reports enabled receives their own copy of the report.
Can Dispatchers receive weekly reports?
No. Weekly intelligence reports are available only to Owners. Dispatchers and Technicians do not have access to financial and performance data. See Roles and permissions for details.
What if I have no data for the week?
If no jobs were created or completed during the reporting period, the report still arrives but indicates zero activity. This can be useful for identifying unexpected downtime.
Can I view past reports in the app?
Past weekly reports are delivered by email only. Check your email archive to review previous reports.
