The KPI dashboard is available starting on the Pro plan. Audit logs are included on every plan, restricted to the Owner role. Compare plans to find the right fit for your business.

Reports are visible to Owners. Dispatchers and Technicians don't see them in the navigation, so sensitive financial and audit information stays with the account holder.
What you can measure¶
FSM Navigator tracks metrics across four key areas:
- Financial — Revenue, accounts receivable aging, collection rates, and invoice totals.
- Operational — Job completion rates, SLA compliance, average completion time, and workload distribution.
- Customer — Repeat customer rates, customer satisfaction trends, and service history.
- Efficiency — Travel distance savings, auto-assignment success rates, and technician utilization.
Each metric is available through the KPI dashboard, and key highlights are included in the weekly report.

Frequently asked questions¶
Can Dispatchers or Technicians see the KPI dashboard?
No. The KPI dashboard and weekly reports are Owner-only. Audit logs are visible to Owners and Admins. Dispatchers and Technicians focus on their operational workflows. See Roles and permissions for details.
How far back does reporting data go?
FSM Navigator retains all historical data for a minimum of three (3) years. You can filter the KPI dashboard by any date range and review audit logs going back to your account creation.
Can I export report data?
Yes. Audit logs can be exported for external analysis. The weekly report arrives as a formatted email you can forward or archive.
