How inventory connects to jobs¶
When a technician uses a part on a job, the system automatically deducts the quantity from their van stock and records the usage against that job. This gives you:
- Accurate costing — every part used is tracked against the job for invoicing.
- Real-time stock levels — van and warehouse quantities update immediately.
- Usage history — review which parts were consumed on any job.
