How inventory connects to jobs

When a technician uses a part on a job, the system automatically deducts the quantity from their van stock and records the usage against that job. This gives you:

  • Accurate costing — every part used is tracked against the job for invoicing.
  • Real-time stock levels — van and warehouse quantities update immediately.
  • Usage history — review which parts were consumed on any job.

Stock up before busy seasons

Use inventory reports to identify your most-used parts and ensure warehouses are fully stocked ahead of peak demand periods.

  • Creating jobs — link parts to jobs during creation.
  • Invoicing — part usage feeds directly into invoice line items.
  • Mobile app — technicians manage their van stock on the go.
