Registration & Verification¶
Create your FSM Navigator account in minutes. This guide walks you through registering a new company, setting up your owner credentials, and verifying your email address so you can start managing jobs right away.
Before you begin¶
Make sure you have the following ready before you start:
- A valid business email address — You receive a verification code at this address, and it becomes your login email.
- Your company's physical address — Street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
- A strong password in mind — At least 12 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Free plan — no payment method required
FSM Navigator starts you on the Free plan, which supports up to 5 users and requires no payment method. Pro and Enterprise plans offer a 14-day free trial — a payment method is required at signup, but $0 is charged during the trial period.
Create your account¶
Open your browser and navigate to the FSM Navigator registration page. The form is divided into three sections: company information, your account details, and security confirmation.
Enter company information¶
Fill in the details about your business.

Use address search for speed
Type your street address into the Address Search field and pick from the dropdown suggestions. The street, city, state, ZIP, and timezone fields fill in automatically — saving you time and reducing errors.
Set up your account details¶
These credentials belong to the company owner — the primary administrator of your FSM Navigator account.

Owner home address¶
In addition to your company address, you must provide your personal home address. This is required for job assignments and intelligent dispatch — it helps FSM Navigator match technicians to jobs based on proximity.

Why home address is required
FSM Navigator uses your home address (along with technician locations and job locations) to optimize intelligent dispatch — ensuring jobs are assigned to the technician with the shortest travel time and best service capacity. This address is encrypted and only used for routing optimization within the system.
Password requirements¶
Your password must meet all of the following:
- At least 12 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- Contains at least one number (0–9)
- Contains at least one special character (e.g.,
!@#$%^&*)
The registration form displays real-time feedback as you type your password, so you can see which requirements are met.
Complete security and submit¶
- Pass the security check — Complete the bot-protection challenge that appears at the bottom of the form. This keeps the platform safe from automated sign-ups.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — Check the box to confirm you agree.
- Click "Create Company & Account" — The system creates your company and owner account, then redirects you to the email verification page.
Verify your email¶
After you submit the registration form, FSM Navigator sends a 6-digit verification code to the email address you provided in the account details section.
Enter the verification code¶
- Open your email inbox and find the message from FSM Navigator.
- On the verification page, you see six individual input boxes — one for each digit.
- Type or paste the code:
- Type each digit into the boxes one at a time, or
- Paste the full 6-digit code into the first box — all six boxes fill in automatically.
- Once all six digits are entered, the form submits automatically. No need to click a button.
- On success, you are redirected to the login page.
Resend the verification code¶
If the code does not arrive:
- Check your spam or junk folder first.
- Click the Resend Code button on the verification page.
- Wait 60 seconds between resend requests — a countdown timer shows the remaining cooldown.
- You can resend up to 5 times per hour.
Code expiration¶
- Each verification code is valid for 48 hours.
- You have up to 5 attempts to enter the correct code.
- If your code expires, click Resend Code to receive a fresh one.
Troubleshooting¶
"Required field" errors appear on the form¶
Make sure every field marked as required is filled in. The form highlights missing fields in red. Scroll through each section — company information and account details — to find any empty required fields.
Password does not meet requirements¶
Check the real-time password feedback on the form. Your password must be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. Adjust your password until all indicators show as met.
Did not receive the verification email¶
- Check your spam or junk folder. The email may be filtered automatically.
- Confirm your email address. If you mistyped it during registration, you need to register again with the correct address.
- Resend the code. Click the Resend Code button on the verification page. Wait 60 seconds between attempts.
- Wait a few minutes. Email delivery can sometimes take 2–5 minutes depending on your email provider.
Verification code expired¶
Codes expire after 48 hours. Click Resend Code on the verification page to receive a new one. The previous code becomes invalid once a new one is sent.
Security check fails or does not load¶
Refresh the page and try again. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser and that no browser extensions are blocking the security check widget.
