Password reset & account recovery

If you forget your password, you can reset it in a few steps using the email address associated with your account. The entire process takes about two minutes.


Request a password reset

  1. Open the FSM Navigator login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password? below the sign-in form.
  3. On the Reset Password page, enter the email address you registered with.
  4. Complete the security check.
  5. Click Send Reset Link.

You see a confirmation message:

If an account with that email exists, a password reset link has been sent.

Click Back to login to return to the sign-in page, or Create an account if you don't have one yet.


Check your email

Open your inbox and look for an email with the subject Password Reset Request — FSM Navigator.

The email contains a personalized greeting and a Reset Password button. Click the button to open the password-reset page. A plain-text link is also included if the button doesn't work in your email client.

Reset links expire after one hour

For security, the link is valid for one hour from the time you requested it. If it expires, simply request a new one.

Don't see the email?

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If the email still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, return to the reset page and submit your request again.


Set your new password

  1. After clicking the reset link, you arrive on the Set New Password page.
  2. Enter a new password — it must be at least 12 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
  3. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Complete the security check.
  5. Click Reset Password.

On success you see:

Password reset successfully! Redirecting to login…

You are automatically redirected to the login page after a couple of seconds.


Sign in with your new password

Once redirected, sign in with your email and the new password you just created. If the redirect doesn't happen automatically, navigate to the login page and sign in manually.

After signing in you land on your default dashboard and can continue managing your jobs as usual.


Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the reset email

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Wait two to three minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed.
  • Try requesting the reset link again from the login page.

Reset links are valid for one hour. If yours has expired, go back to the login page and request a new link. Each new request invalidates any previous links.

"Password must be at least 12 characters"

Choose a longer password. It must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

"Passwords do not match"

Make sure the values in New Password and Confirm Password are identical. Clear both fields and re-enter them carefully.
