Recommended path for new users¶
If this is your first time, follow these steps in order:
- Register — Create your company account at the registration page.
- Verify your email — Enter the one-time code sent to your inbox.
- Log in — Access your owner dashboard for the first time.
- Create a job — Add a customer and dispatch your first job.
- Invite your team — Bring your dispatchers and technicians on board by sending invitations.
Understand the roles¶
FSM Navigator uses three primary roles. Each role sees a dashboard tailored to their responsibilities.
