Start with the Free plan instantly — no payment method, no trial period, no commitment. Pro and Enterprise plans offer a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required at signup, but $0 is charged until the trial ends.

- Solo operator or startup (1–5 people)? → Start with
Free. You get unlimited jobs and invoicing at no cost. - Growing team (5–20 people)? → Choose
Pro. Auto-assignment, KPI dashboards, recurring jobs, the customer portal, portal payments, QuickBooks sync, and offline mode save hours every week. - Large operation (20+ technicians)? → Go
Enterprise. Inventory management, asset tracking, work-order management, and the REST API power complex operations.

Billing details¶
- All prices are in USD.
- You are billed per active user — deactivated users are not charged.
- Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the year.
- Upgrade or downgrade at any time — prorated credits are applied automatically.
- Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
How billing works¶
- Choose a plan and billing cycle — Select
Free,Pro, orEnterpriseon a monthly or annual basis. - Add your team — Invite technicians, dispatchers, and managers. Each active user counts toward your per-user charge.
- Receive your invoice — Invoices are generated at the start of each billing period and are available under Settings → Subscription → Invoices.
- Adjust as you grow — Add or remove users at any time. Your next invoice reflects the updated headcount.
Prorated credits
When you switch plans mid-cycle, FSM Navigator calculates the unused portion of your current plan and applies it as a credit toward the new plan. You only pay the difference.
Reviewing past invoices
Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Invoices to download PDF copies of all past invoices for your records.
Frequently asked questions¶
Can I try Pro or Enterprise features before upgrading?
Every new account starts on the Free plan with full access to core features. When you are ready to explore Pro or Enterprise capabilities, upgrade from Settings → Subscription — you can downgrade again at any time.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan's 5-user limit?
The Free plan supports up to 5 active users. To add more team members, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, which both support unlimited users.
How are users counted for billing?
Only active users count toward your subscription. If you deactivate a user — for example, when a technician leaves your company — that seat is freed and no longer charged on your next invoice.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or long-term contracts. You pay only for the plan and number of users you choose, and you can cancel at any time.
Are there transaction fees on customer portal payments?
When your customers pay invoices through the portal, Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply. FSM Navigator adds a 1.5% platform fee per transaction — no hidden charges, no monthly minimums.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Navigate to Settings → Subscription and select your preferred billing cycle. If you switch from monthly to annual, the 20% discount takes effect immediately and any remaining balance on your current cycle is prorated.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. Features that are not available on the lower plan become read-only — for example, if you move from Enterprise to Pro, you can still view your existing inventory records but cannot create new ones.
